On 22nd April 2024, Bal Vatika, the pre-primary wing of Jagriti Samaj, celebrated World Earth Day with an enthusiastic participation from many. The occasion aimed to instill a sense of environmental consciousness among the young students and promote sustainable practices. The occasion was graced by the presence of Smt. Radhika Rao, President of Jagriti Samaj along with other senior members. 

During the celebration, the children actively participated by bringing saplings from home and showcasing innovative ways of reusing plastic bottles. Further, various posters depicting the urgency to protect the Earth adorned the school premises, educating everyone on environmental conservation. The teachers at Bal Vatika presented a captivating musical skit, creatively portraying the significance of environmental preservation and the role of every individual in safeguarding the planet.

As a symbolic gesture towards nurturing Mother Earth, Smt. Radhika Rao, President of Jagriti Samaj and other senior members actively participated and demonstrated the procedure of tree plantation to the children.
